Returns & Refunds

You may return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Start a return by emailing support@boarbuil.shop with your order reference.

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:

• Loose or bulk materials once opened — beads, threads, cord and clay;
• Sewing needles, pins and other sharp items once unsealed;
• Hot glue sticks and any consumable, once opened.

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any return shipping for faulty goods.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item or approving a faulty-goods claim. Original shipping is non-refundable except for faulty goods.

For change-of-mind returns you cover return shipping. Send items with tracking; we cannot refund items lost in return transit. See Shipping & Delivery.

Membership is a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; the current paid period runs to its end and is not pro-rated. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at support@boarbuil.shop so we can resolve it quickly. Chargebacks and disputes are handled under our payment processor's standard dispute process.
